April 2008 Sandwich of the Month - Salmon, Sour Cream and Chive Bagel

Ingredients
- 1 bagel, split
- 4 tbsp sour cream and chive dip
- 1 slice smoked salmon
- handful watercress, spinach and rocket salad leaves
Method
- Lightly toast the bagel and cool slightly.
- Spread the sour cream and chive dip over the base, top with salmon and the salad leaves.
- Cut in half and serve.
