Crumbled Goat's Cheese & Sweet Chilli
Crumbled goat’s cheese with chargrilled red peppers, sweet chilli sauce and mixed baby leaf on cracked black pepper bread.
This sandwich was created by Kate Welch from sandwich manufacturer Food Partner’s factory in Slough, Berkshire as her entry in the Suffolk Foods Hot & Spicy Sandwich Designer of the Year Competition 2005 in which she was a finalist
Ingredients
- 1 cracked black pepper plaited roll
- 3g reduced fat spread
- 50g crumbled goat’s cheese
- 35g chargrilled red pepper
- 15g Suffolk Foods sweet chilli sauce
- 12g mixed baby leaves
Method
- Open pre-sliced roll and spread with reduced fat spread.
- Spread the sweet chilli sauce over the base.
- Add the crumbled goat’s cheese.
- Add the chargrilled red pepper and top with mixed baby leaves
