El Scorchio Wrap
Ingredients
- 20g Reduced Sodium Red Leicester & Cheddar (50:50 grated)
- 30g Salsa
- 1 Avocado (thinly sliced)
- 8g Coriander
- 30g Sweet Mild Red Pepper (quartered)
- 1 Wrap
Method
Spread salsa evenly over wrap followed by grated cheese. Lay avocado and sweet peppers evenly over cheese and then arrange the coriander on top of the other ingredients. Roll wrap tightly, tucking in filling as required. Slice in two to serve
