Jack in a Wrap
Guacamole with sour cream, Hot and Spicy Tomato relish, cherry bell peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and fresh vine ripened tomatoes in a black pepper wrap.

This sandwich recipe was created by Mark Arnold from sandwich manufacturer Brambles Foods, Middlesborough as his entry in the Suffolk Foods Hot & Spicy Sandwich Designer of the Year Competition 2005 in which he was a finalist.
Ingredients
- Wrap
- 15g of Suffolk Foods Hot and Spicy tomato relish
- 30g of guacamole
- 10g of chopped cherry bell peppers
- 35g of grated Monterey Jack cheese
Method
- Mix 15g of Suffolk Foods Hot and Spicy tomato relish into 30g of guacamole, spread over the wrap.
- Sprinkle with 10g of chopped cherry bell peppers and 35g of grated Monterey Jack cheese.
- Spread 30g of chopped fresh vine ripened tomatoes over the cheese and drizzle over 15g of sour cream.
- Wrap, roll and enjoy.
