Jack in a Wrap

Guacamole with sour cream, Hot and Spicy Tomato relish, cherry bell peppers, Monterey Jack cheese and fresh vine ripened tomatoes in a black pepper wrap.

Jack in a Wrap

This sandwich recipe was created by Mark Arnold from sandwich manufacturer Brambles Foods, Middlesborough as his entry in the Suffolk Foods Hot & Spicy Sandwich Designer of the Year Competition 2005 in which he was a finalist.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix 15g of Suffolk Foods Hot and Spicy tomato relish into 30g of guacamole, spread over the wrap.
  2. Sprinkle with 10g of chopped cherry bell peppers and 35g of grated Monterey Jack cheese.
  3. Spread 30g of chopped fresh vine ripened tomatoes over the cheese and drizzle over 15g of sour cream.
  4. Wrap, roll and enjoy.
