Prawn and Fruit Salsa Ciabatta
Fresh coldwater prawns with a mango and avocado salsa finished with mixed leaves in an authentic Italian ciabatta.

Ingredients
- Ciabatta
- Faroe Seafood prawns
- Mango and Avocado salsa consisting
- mango
- avocado
- red pepper
- lime juice
- sugar
- fresh coriander
- Mixed leaves
Method
- Cut the ciabatta at a 45 degree angle and leave hinged.
- Apply spread to both sides of the bread.
- Apply the salsa evenly across the ciabatta.
- Scatter the prawns across the salsa.
- Place the mixed leaves on top.
- Gently close the ciabatta leaving open enough for all ingredients to be visible.
