We recommend ham that carries the Quality Ham Standard
Ingredients
- 2 Large slices of lean, thick cut ham
- 3 Slices of fresh, crusty bread
- Low-fat spread
- Mustard of your choice
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 2 Gherkins, sliced
Method
- Spread the bread with the low-fat spread and mustard
- Fill the bread with the ham, lettuce leaves, tomato and gherkin
- Serve with a mixed salad
